Our story
Scoutly United started in Manchester in November 2024 with a simple observation. Growing companies were juggling three or four vendors just to keep their teams running: one for recruitment, one for customer support, one for back-office work and another for payroll. Every handoff cost time, quality and trust.
We set out to be the one partner that does it all, and does it with care. Recruitment and managed teams under one roof, built on talent hubs in Mumbai and Cairo and united under UK standards.
Today, more than 300 Scoutly United people support businesses across Europe and Asia. We hire well, we look after our people, and it shows in the work.
